The cargo plane, operated for Amazon, plowed into a public road and crashed into vehicles, killing five people and disrupting more than 200 flights over Labor Day weekend.

This comes after the widow of one of the five victims filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Wednesday that named Amazon, the airplane's operator, 21 Air, and the two pilots, Joseph Caroll and Jaime Felipe Silva Moreno, as defendants.

Republican Representative Tom Tiffany said he and a pilot swam from a sinking aircraft after an emergency water landing.
